Student’s residence, Evry, France, 2008

The project tries to fit delicately in the urban landscape by creating a free form which bends into a soft curve offering south exposure for all the residences. The curve is continued vertically which gives the whole figure a certain dynamic. The frame of this project is made up of a rhythm of whiate painted strips of timber in front of the loggias. The reinforced concrete facade is designed like a palette colours and light behind curtain of white verticals.
